On the way back to the hotel after a great day of exploring Subic, my wife and I were witnesses to this glorious sunset over the port of what was once the epicenter of American military operations in Manila. Would I let that opportunity to shoot pass? Of course not! :) So we parked by the curbside and as I was setting up the tripod, it became obvious that we were not the only ones mesmerized by the sea of blue and orange hues in the sky as soon after, other people followed our lead and parked beside us to enjoy the sun's daily dance with the horizon.

A few weeks ago, we had a client that needed us to shoot Manila's most well known landmarks in time lapse style.
I'm sharing one of my favorite photos out of the thousands we took during that week. It's a long exposure shot of about, if I recall correctly, 25 seconds, hence the dream like quality of the water and clouds. Can you guess where this is? :) Enjoy. |
